As a Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. I will build a custom plan based on your fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe that if you set a goal and work hard, you will achieve it! Fitness has become a passion of mine. Being able to run, compete in triathlons and sweat it out in the gym is where I find my 'me time'. 

After having two children I wanted to develop a more healthy lifestyle. Three months after my second child I joined a run group and that was all it took to ignite this journey. Since then I have competed in multiple half-marathons, half-ironmans, ultra-marathons and other triathlon distances. 

 It has been rewarding to help clients move better, lose weight, build muscle and discover what our amazing bodies are capable of. There is no limit to what your body can do. If you want to take the first step to become healthier overall, contact me today!
